To join Welland Junior Football Club you are required to complete a:

Forms are available from the Membership Secretary or you can print a copy using the links above. You, your Team Manager and your Parent/Guardian will be required to sign the Code of Conduct Form. When completed please hand the forms to your Team Manager or the Membership Secretary.

WJFC Football
Pay-to-Play Newcomers to Welland Junior Football Club are welcome to attend football training sessions at Spitalfield, Welland on a Saturday morning, on a trial basis, to see if they like the training being offered. Please report to any Team Manager/Coach.

To ensure your child is covered by our insurance we ask you to pay £2/week up to a maximum of 4 weeks by which time your child will know whether he/she likes the football training being offered by us. After 4 weeks you are required to pay the full registration fee less the visitor's fees already paid.

League players do not have to pay an additional annual registration fees.

Match fees, usually £2/week, cover the cost of the referee & half time drinks etc.

Correct Age Group

To join the Club a player must be 5 years old on or before the 31st August. Players who have their 5th birthday during the current season may join the Club on or after their 5th birthday but will remain in the Under 6 Group for the next season. Please talk to the Manager/Coach to ensure that your child is in the correct age group:

Age Groups up to Under 11
Reception Must be 5 years old when joining the Club
Under 6 5 years old on or before the 31st August
Under 7 6 years old on or before the 31st August
Under 8 7 years old on or before the 31st August
Under 9 8 years old on or before the 31st August
Under 10 9 years old on or before the 31st August
Under 11 10 years old on or before the 31st August

Data Protection Act - 1998

Details submitted on the Player Registration Form will be transferred to a personal computer. The Club Membership Secretary will have access to the data via a secure password login. The information will only be used by WJFC and will not be passed to any Third Party. Details of players' medical conditions will be given to Team Managers in case of emergencies. If you wish to see the data stored please email the Membership Secretary: quoting: "Subject Access Request - Welland Junior Football Club" giving your Full Name, Name of Player, Date of Birth, Age Group & Return Email address. On confirmation of your identity - data will be disclosed within 40 days of receipt of request.
